Cody Dale Moore 22 of Shepherdsville passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019. He was a native of Louisville, Kentucky and a team member for Rural King in Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his father John Holder, Jr. Cody is survived by his mother Teri Yates of Shepherdsville, his siblings Shianna Sneed of Shepherdsville, Jared and Keyarra Yates both of LaGrange, his grandparents Ronnie and Rose Moore of Shepherdsville, Betty Cox of Boston, Kentucky, a aunt Cori Moore of Shepherdsville, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at Vine Hill Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Vine Hill Cemetery in Clermont.
