Colleen Bickham Burgin, 62, of Starks, Louisiana, passed away on February 24, 2019, in Port Arthur, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 2, 2019, at First Baptist Church in Deweyville, Texas. Officiating will be Reverend Damon Bickham.

Burial will follow at Deweyville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Born in Orange, Texas, on December 25, 1956, she was the daughter of John Calvin Bickham, II and Jessie “Jackie” Mae Bickham.

Colleen was a friend to all. She was very artistic, enjoyed traveling, and loved her pets. Colleen’s favorite season was spring and she loved flowers.

Colleen will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jackie Bickham; and her grandparents. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, John Burgin of Starks, Louisiana; her father, John Calvin “Red” Bickham; and her brothers, Cal Bickham of Dallas, Texas and Mark G. Bickham and wife Cathy of Livingston, Texas.
