Obituary of Colleen Sellitsch Kelly (Colleen) Sellitsch made her journey to Heaven on December 7, 2018 peacefully in her sleep. She came into this world on January 14, 1965 in Iowa to her loving parents, Charles and Patricia (Rarick) Seabright. She grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota with her siblings Casey and Cathi (Budge), but also spent some of her childhood years in California.

In her early twenties she then moved to New Jersey where she attended Rutgers University and began her successful career as an insurance claims specialist. Here she also married and started her beautiful family. Her three children, Katie, Rudy, and Chelsea were her pride and joy, and as she would say – her greatest accomplishment.

She was an incredible mother, an active member in the community and a dear friend to so many. She was intelligent, witty, funny, courageous, and adventurous. Kelly had a unique way of making everyone around her feel special and loved.

She had an amazing sense of humor, and her laughter and smile would light up every room. She had passions for music, cooking, travelling, and enjoying all the little moments in life. While she had battled with physical pain, she never stopped fighting.

She will always be remembered as a fighter, someone who never gave up. She would never want those who loved her to feel sad, but to allow her to live on through warm memories she shared with her family and friends. She is predeceased by her father Charles Seabright.

Survived by her mother, Patricia Seabright, siblings, Cathy and Rick Budge, Casey and Kim Seabright, her children Katie Sellitsch, Rudy Sellitsch, and Chelsea Sellitsch. A funeral mass and life celebration will be held on Friday December 14th in Brigantine, New Jersey at St. Thomas Church at 11am that is open to all who like to attend.
