Lawrence, Cynthia Lawrence, age 55, of Southington, beloved mother of Brandon Syms and Terri A. Grier, passed away suddenly on May 23, 2019 in her residence. Cynthia was born on December 17, 1963 in Hartford and was the daughter of the late Urel and Mary Ford Lawrence. She was employed by the Hospital of Special Care as a Registered Nurse.

Cynthia is survived by one son, Brandon Syms of Japan, one daughter, Terri A. Grier and Richard Miller of Stratford, one grandson, Ryan Miller, two brothers, Urel Lawrence Jr. and Richard Lawrence, seven sisters, Joycelyn Lawrence, Leanora Lawrence, Gwendolyn Lawrence-Jefferson and husband Eric, Carol Lawrence, Mary Lawrence, Patricia Lawrence and Earlene Landerman and several niceces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 1:00 PM in the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford, officiated by Pastor Rogers. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call on Friday, May 31, 2019 at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home from 12:00 – 1:00 PM.
