Cyrus Edgar “Sandy” Troutt Jr., 58, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Friday evening, November 9, 2018 in a local hospital. He was born on April 14, 1960 in Cleveland, TN. Sandy attended Charleston High School and worked for many years as a brick mason.

He is preceded in death by his father Cyrus E. Troutt Sr. and his wife Barbara Evans Troutt. Sandy leaves behind to cherish his memory one daughter Christy Smith, three granddaughter Hope, Faith & Grace Smith,… Read More » his mother Alma Ruth Troutt, three sisters Donna Grunas (Patrick), Kim Kennedy (Michael) and Diana Bedwell (Dennis), two nieces Amanda Bedwell and Rachel Wilcoxon, four nephews David Bedwell, Lance Grunas, Chris Burnette and Zack Kennedy, great nieces and nephews Brianna, Adyline, Paul & Jorden Johnson, Tootie, Aiden & Haley Bedwell, Tristian Nevaeh and Gabe Burnette, Ashlynn & Reece Wilcoxon, Caleb Grunas and Piper Kennedy, his “brother by another mother” Billy Jenkins, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends. A celebration of his life is planned for Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the Lighthouse Church International located at 8593 Hiawassee Street in Charelston, TN with the Reverend Mitchell Wright officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service time.
