Ernesto Cortes Ibarra, 62, a resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on October 30, 2018. Ernesto was born on April 21, 1956 in Guadalajara, Mexico. He lived in Cleveland for forty years where he was el jefe at Jackson Farms and Furniture Company.

Ernesto was a friend to so many people throughout the Cleveland Community. He was a very generous, loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. Anyone who knew him knew about his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor.

He is survived by his mother Concepcion Ibarra Avila, his son Shannon Cortes, his daughter Nikki Rue; grandchildren Willow, Violet, Neko, Karter and Baylee. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Esperanza Cortes Ibarra, Martha Cortes Ibarra, Eduardo Cortes Ibarra, Maria Guadalupe Cortes Ibarra, Rafaela Evangelina Cortes Ibarra, Elvira Cortes Ibarra, Luz Maria Cortes Ibarra, Hector Manuel Cortes Ibarra, Esmerelda Cortes Ibarra and Alicia Diaz Ibarra. The family will be receiving friends on Thursday November 8th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with the service to follow at 7:00 PM.
