D. Bruce Fry, 91, of Winamac passed away peacefully at 10:55 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at I.U. Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. Born on October 20, 1927 in Cass County, he was the son of the late Vern Keith and Rosetta Mae (DeWitt) Fry. He was a Royal Center High School graduate and a Hanover University graduate.

Bruce was U.S. Army veteran. He recently was honored participate in the 2018 Dream Flight Tour. He was a retired farmer and pastor.

Bruce enjoyed square dancing and gardening. Survivors include his son, Kevin B. Fry (Kathy) of Linden, sister, Doris Spencer of Lafayette, He was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Arlene Kistler Fry and brothers, Loren Fry and Burl “Spud” Fry. A Celebration of Bruce’s Life will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home & Crematory.
