Dale’s Obituary Groton- Dale A. Bingaman II, 52, of Groton, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at home. He was born on July 6, 1966, in Great Lakes, IL, the son of Dale A. and Barbara (Bussler) Bingaman. Dale graduated from Ella T. Grasso Technical High School and went on to work as a welder for several construction companies: A to Z Corp, HHS Mechanical, and Centerline Pipe and Welding.

He was a very intelligent man who had a love and interest in electronics. He would always help fix a phone or computer if needed. Besides his parents, he is survived by his daughter Rachael Bingaman, his sons Justin Bingaman and Shane Bingaman, all of Groton; his sisters Candy Gioia (Joe), and Cathy Umrysz (Tim); and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 15, 2019 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Byles-Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames Street, Groton. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 16 at 11 a.m. at Grace House Church, 20 Grove Ave. , Groton.

Burial is private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bingaman Children’s Fund, c/o Charter Oak Federal Credit Union.
