. Dale “Tony” A. Moore, 54, of Tiffin passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday morning, October 10, 2018 at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center. He was born on April 28, 1964, in Tiffin, Ohio to Ronald and Jane E. (Hemlinger) Moore.

Survivors include his three sisters, Kelly (Steve Guilkey) Schreiner and Sandy (Whitey) Smith both of Tiffin and Vickie Kirchner of Findlay; two brothers, Denny (Diane) Kirchner and Rick (Peggy) Kirchner both of Tiffin; nephew, Tanner (Cassandra Gooding) Schreiner of Tiffin; and niece, Kayla (Aaron Distel) Schreiner of Tiffin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jane Kirchner and Ronald Moore; stepfather, William Kirchner; and grandparents, Robert and Kathryn Hemlinger and Marie Moore. Tony attended Tiffin Columbian High School.

He then obtained his CDL license. He worked as an over-the-road semi driver, then drove dump/asphalt trucks in the area, and last as a driver for W.H.I. in Willard, Ohio. He was a Jeff Gordon, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Cavaliers fan.

Tony enjoyed eating Napoli’s foldovers and enjoyed playing guitar and drums in his younger years. Tony was a happy-go-lucky, kind man, who never knew a stranger. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

He always tried to make people smile. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
