Dale E. Harvey, 58, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018 at Green Acres Health Care in Mayfield. Mr. Harvey was front desk clerk at Wingfield Inn in Mayfield. Surviving is his father, Ray L. Harvey; four sisters, Carrie Smith, Dawn Sickler, Renee Gellor, and Jodie Edgar.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Lubic Harvey. He will be cremated per his wishes and memorial services will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be left at www.
