Obituary for Dale Lane Dale Lane was born February 7, 1960, and passed from this world July 21, 2018 at the age of 58. Both of his parents are deceased. Dale is survived by his sister, Evelyn Connors.

Dale graduated from Central High School in 1979. As a young man, Dale joined the Airforce, and although his intentions were good, he was discharged shortly thereafter. Dale was a simple man.

Some called him a gentle giant. Although he rarely had a paying job, he could be seen walking for miles picking up aluminum cans and, frequently picking up trash. Dale didn’t complain much, so his family had no clue that he was very sick.

He was 6’4 and had a mostly quiet demeanor, as he rarely showed his temper and always had a ready smile for anyone. Dale enjoyed Fishing and camping out. He loved to set jigsaw puzzles and he played UNO with his sister.

If there was a family get together, he was there. Not just for the food, but for the companionship of family. To send flowers to the family of Dale Lane, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
