DALLAS AMBER WITMER CISCO, 29, of Huntington, W.Va. , passed away Monday, March 18, 2019 at UK Medical Center. She was born September 12, 1989 in Harrisburg, Penn.

, a daughter of the late Suzanne Rice Gallion. Her grandfather Ben Rice also preceded her in death. She leaves behind three daughters, Piper, Rylee, and Kendall; step-father, John Gallion of Huntington; brothers Kyle Witmer and John Gallion Jr., also of Huntington; her grandmother Rita Rice; uncle John Rice; aunt Teri (Paul) Davis; and cousins Lynnea (Ed) Masterstefone and John Rice Jr., all of Harrisburg.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home. Donations to assist with final expenses can be made by selecting the “Appeal For Donations” tab below her picture.
