Dan Latiker Age 69, of Drummonds, Tennessee died September 13, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. Dan was born in Kosciusko, MS on February 7, 1949, a son of the late William and Erma Latiker. He joined the military, serving his country in the Vietnam War from 1969-1971 in the Army.

After leaving the military, Dan was employed by Caterpillar in Montgomery, IL until his retirement. Dan is survived by his loving wife, Sandra; two daughters, Patricia (Randall) Carter of Aurora, IL and Melissa Williams of Munford; eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; two brothers, Ora Latiker of Belonzi, MS and Casselell (Lee Gussie) Latiker of Chicago, IL; one sister, Gloria Ann (Eric) Greene of Aurora, IL and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by brothers Bobbie Ray, Howard and Charlie and sisters Lue Avery and Ollie.

Visitation and funeral services were held on Tuesday, September 18 at the Covington Funeral Home Chapel in Covington, Tennessee. Burial with full military honors followed at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
