Dana “Dan”‘s Obituary Dana “Dan” H. Casper age 68 passed away January 26, 2019 at his residence in Ashville, Ohio. He was born April 15, 1950 in Sidney, Ohio. Dan retired as Lieutenant in charge of the Detective Bureau Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, and served in The US Army He was preceded in death by his daughter Devra Casper, granddaughter Caroline Casper and Grandson Grant Howiler.

He is survived by his wife Henrietta (Trogdon) Casper, daughters Aimee (James) Jones and Karen (Robert) Howiler, sons Mickey (Heather) Casper and Tony (Amanda) Casper; grandchildren Gavin, Amelia, Scarlett and Hudson Casper, Madelyn and Greyson Casper, Justis and Jaxson Jones, Dayna and Kelli Howiler and Alyssa, Steven and Nicholas Mercer. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4:00 PM until 6:30 PM with an FOP service conducted at 6:30 PM at THE SPENCE-MILLER FUNERAL HOME 2697 Columbus Street Grove City, Ohio, where funeral will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday.
