The family will receive friends at Mercer Funeral Home on Monday December 10, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday December 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the Mercer Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ed Fisher officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, VA.
