Obituary for Daniel P. Thomas Cohoes, NY Daniel P. Thomas Sr., 62, died November 12, 2018. Born in Cohoes he had lived in the Capital District most of his life and was son of the late Harold and Laura Sorel Thomas. He spent the majority of his time in the music industry working as a disc jockey and was one of the first karaoke entertainers in the area.

He is survived by his beloved longtime soulmate Diane Trippodo. He was father of Lynn Thomas Cereby, Tracey Thomas (Larry) Collins, Daniel Thomas Jr., Laura Thomas, Amber Thomas and Eric Thomas. Brother of Michele Thomas (Ray Ashline Jr.) Kehn, Tina Thomas Smarro, his dear friend Deborah Barnes, brother Sonny (Carol) Thomas, sisters Darlene Thomas and Jeanne Thomas Also survived by 8 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
