Danny Ray Whitmer, 60, of Carrolton, Mo passed away March 1, 2019 at Centerpoint Hospital, Independence, MO. Danny was born August 21, 1958 in Carrollton, MO. He graduated in 1976 from Norborne High School.

He was employed at US Rail and Fullers and several city jobs in Carrollton, MO. His passion and hobbies were his band and making music, working with old cars and woodworking. In 1998 he was united in marriage with Dianne Harbert.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne Whitmer; two sisters, Anita (Mark) Colliver and Cindy (Kenny) Morse; three sons, Shane (Sondra) Whitmer, Aaron (Tonia) Anderson, Eric (Tiffany) Anderson; one daughter, Mandy (Rodney) Henderson; 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; parents, Gale and Norma Whitmer; three brothers, Tony, Larry and Gary Whitmer; one son Cody Whitmer. In remembrance of a loving husband, father, brother and grandpa, we love you to the moon and back and miss you very much.
