Darryl J. Yates, 66, died January 27, 2019 in Fort Pierce, Florida. Mr. Yates was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed camping.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Diane Yates; sons, Danny Yates and Earl Wayne Spainhoward; daughters, Melissa Yates and Angela Storman; brother, David Yates; sisters, Denise Fullwood and Letha Dekker; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilford Yates and Joy Morrison, father, Alex Morrison, and grandson, DJ Taylor. Services: Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 2-3 PM with a service to follow at 3:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
