Darwin Louis James, Born February 14, 1952 in St. Louis, MO and passed away December 30, 2018 in Tacoma, WA. After high school he enlisted in the U.S. Army. He worked as a postal clerk for over 25 years for the US Postal Service.

He enjoyed bass fishing, collecting coins, stamps, and baseball cards. He also enjoyed camping in the San Juans.
