OBITUARY David A. Ruddy October 9, 1950 – September 2, 2018 David A Ruddy, born October 9, 1950, passed away September 2, 2018 at the age of 67. Visitation 5-9pm, Rosary 7pm, Friday, September 7, at Kaster-Maxon & Futrell, 8817 Dyer St. He is survived by his wife Katherine of El Paso, TX, children Stephanie Jacobson of Spanaway, WA, Angela Heuss, Christopher Ruddy and Katrina Garcia all of Lubbock, TX, 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. David was a CVICU RN at Del Sol Hospital for 20 years.

He served in various hospitals in the state of TX for 45 years. He will be missed greatly by family, friends and co-workers.
