David Marraccini, the brother of the late Lino and Bruno Marraccini, died at the age of 84 on July 6, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. at the San Francisco residence of Jessie Peoples. A life-long San Franciscan, he was born on April 13, 1934 to Italian parents, the late Guilio and Guistina Marraccini. After graduating from St. Peter’s Catholic School, he joined the U.S. Army in 1957 where he received an honorary discharge for two years of military service in 1959.

He then went on to work for the U.S. Postal Service where he served as a clerk for over 35 years. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 23 at 11:30 a.m. at the Double Rock Baptist Church, located at 1595 Shafter Avenue, San Francisco, California, 94124. Immediately following the services, a committal service will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest among his beloved family.
