David is survived by his wife, Connie Crawford Smith; daughter and son-in-law, Marcella Smith Jackson and Brandon Jackson; step-son, Nick Missino; grandchildren, Austin Bishop, Ace Blakely, Eliana Pryce, Major ‘Duck’ Jackson; sister, Terry Kelley; nieces, Caitlin Kelley, Meagan Kelley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Paul and Ella Mae Vaught; sister-in-law, Barbara Crawford; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Donnie and Jennifer Crawford; and nephew, Branden Crawford.
