David “Sammy” Sams, 65, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018. A native of Paris, Kentucky, he was born March 6, 1953 to the late McKinley and Mary Emma Reid Sams. David was Navy veteran and former Water Treatment Plant operator for the City of Lawrenceburg.
