David was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 1, 1990 to parents Jaime Rios and Renee Lynne Pena. David is survived by his parents, father Jaime (Peggy) Rios; mother Renee (Preston) Pena; spouse Jasmine; brothers Jonathan, Justin, and Jermaine; sisters Priscilla, Giovanna, Melanie, Reagan, Rylyn, Deja, and Brittany; grandparents Esteban (Guadalupe) Delgado, and Reuben (Barbara) Garcia; nephews and nieces Robert John, Thomas, Kai, Logan, Ryder, and Olivia, and mother in law Deborah (Dewayne) Minor; and father in law Cezar (Sharon) Mendoza.

David proudly and honorably served our country for 8 years in the United States Air Force. His love and dedication for his wife Jasmine was strong, and the two of them were married for 8 wonderful years. David had a real love for music.

He had an amazing talent of instruments and vocals, and the different rhythms and beats of sweet music ran deep in his heart. David was loved by many family and friends. Even though David will be missed, his memory of the wonderful person he was will forever be carried through the hearts of all who loved him.

Please come and join the family of David Eugene Rios as we come together to celebrate a proud veteran, loving husband, son, brother, and uncle, as we pay tribute to a wonderful man. Services are as follows: Thursday – January 3, 2019 – 4pm – 9pm Visitation held at the Texas Funeral Home Chapel, where prayer services will be recited at 7pm. Friday – January 4, 2019 – 7 am-8:00 am – Visitation held at the Texas Funeral Home Chapel; 8:15 am – Depart from Texas Funeral Home ; 9:00 am – Cemetery services – Ft.
