David L Hos, 77, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away, May 5, 2019. He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, on December 29, 1941, to Louis David Hos and Vera Fern Hos. David worked in Insurance Sales.

He attended Faith Baptist Church. David was a graduate of Gerstmeyer High School. He was an avid Detroit Lions fan and also a LA Dodger fan.

David is survived by his children Michelle Dickerson (Neil) and Wade Hos; grandchildren Ryan Dickerson (Chelsea), Megan Downing (Brian), and Aaron Hos (Courtney); great grandchildren Chloe Dickerson, Nolan Hos, Jackson Hos, Elodie Dickerson, and Enisley Hos; siblings Marilyn Omdersma (Dale), Larry Hos (Sandy), and John Hos (Carole); and niece and nephew Jason Hos, Gareth Hickson, and Jami Ashcraft. A Celebration of Life will be Monday, May 13, 2019, from 4:30 p.m until 7:30 p.m. at the Collett Park Pavilion. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
