Obituary Toulon – David Norman “Dave” Copple, 73, of Toulon, formerly of Wyoming, passed away at 9:53 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2019, after a long-fought battle with cancer at his home, surrounded by his loving family. David was born on July 13, 1945 in Princeton, the son of John D. and Lucille L. Buchanan Carruthers Copple. He married Carlene T. Allwardt on February 6, 1966 in a double ring ceremony in the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Peoria; she survives.
