David W. Cook June 05, 1943 – January 11, 2019 Share this obituary View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card David W. Cook, 75, of North Kingstown, passed away January 11, 2019. He was the husband of the late Anna J. (Doyle) Cook. Born in Warwick, he was the son of the late Lewis O. and Mary I. Cook.

Mr. Cook had been a Plant Foreman for the former Ideal Windlass in East Greenwich. He was a Navy Veteran, having served in Guantanamo Bay during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a kind honorable man, whose family had loved with all their hearts.

He is survived by twin daughters, Dana M. Cook and Deborah A. Linehan and husband Terry; a son, Phillip LaVallee; grandchildren, Amanda LaVallee, Danielle LaVallee, Christopher LaVallee, Brody Linehan and Shane Linehan; and daughter in law, Dawn LaVallee. Funeral Service Tuesday, January 15th at 10:00am at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., East Greenwich. Burial with military honors will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
