Flor, 44 years, of Fremont, Nebraska died Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Fremont Methodist Health. Dawn was born May 8, 1974 in Omaha, Nebraska to Harold C. and Karen A. (Vanneste) Taylor. She lived in Omaha, Hooper and Fremont.

She was a graduate of Fremont Senior High School and became an LPN. Dawn married David Flor on May 18, 2001 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont. She enjoyed boating, being a grandma or as the kids called her “mama”.

She loved her dogs, Jake and Vinnie. She was a fanatic on murder mysteries. Her beautiful smile and infectious laugh were bigger than life itself.

She is survived by her husband, David of Fremont; son, Morgan Flor of Fremont; daughter, Mohriah (Julius Hass) Mayer of Fremont; mother, Karen Taylor of Fremont; father, Harold C. (Carol) Taylor of Lyons, NE; brothers, Troy (Christine) Taylor of Fontanelle and Harold (Tamie Taylor) Taylor of Fremont; grandchildren, Lizzie Mayer and Joseph Hass of Fremont; mother-in-law, Susan Flor of Springfield, Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and father-in-law. Funeral Service will be 10:30 A.M., Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont.

The Rev. Scott Jensen will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 PM to 8 PM at Moser Memorial Chapel and will continue Thursday for one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be at Ridge Cemetery in Fremont. Memorials may be directed to the family for further designation. Moser Memorial Chapel, 2170 N. Somers Ave.
