Obituary for Dean Cassano Dean Cassano, 69 Lakeland – Dean Cassano 69 of Lakeland, FL died on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Good Shepard Hospice. Mr. Cassano was born in Burlington, VT to Edwin and Mildred (Anderson) Cassano. He was a proud Navy veteran, having served in the Vietnam War, attended Together Church and was an avid NHRA fan.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Eva, Sons Pete (Angie) and Andrew (Maeyen), daughter Christina all of Lakeland, two sisters Stephanie of Massachusetts and Tonya of Melbourne, FL and 5 grandchildren. His family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm of Friday, April 20th at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home, 3350 Mall Hill Rd, Lakeland, FL where a Celebration of Life service will take place at 5:00 pm. Mr. Cassano will be laid to rest at Serenity Gardens Cemetery immediately following the service.
