Services will be held Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130.

Visitation will be Friday, May 18, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Officiating will be Pastor Don Smith. Burial will be at Asbury Park Cemetery in Morristown, IN.
