Robert Davis, 78, of New Palestine, IN passed away at home June 27, 2018. He was born December 20, 1939 in Chad, KY to parents Lula (Cornett) and Millard Davis. Survivors include his wife, Alice (Henderlight) Davis; daughter, Roberta (Robin) Looney (Mark); sons, Kenneth R. Davis, Leo Jaron Davis; sister, Wanda (Don) Helton; grandchildren: Brandy (Louis) Kropp, Jillian Looney, Kristy Janik, Christi (Andy) Salm, Michael (Erika) Looney, Brad (Maria) Janik, Josh Davis, Bobbi Davis, Kaleb Davis, Josh Hood, Chris Hood, Kim (Scott) Tilford; great grandchildren, Burgandy, Aden, Gabe, Kyler, Karter, Braydon, Konner, Jayse, Parker, Noah, Josiah, Jozeline, Ashlyn, Jaden, Jayme, Corey, Liam, Jake; many loved nieces and nephews; He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Larry Davis, Kenneth Paul Davis; sister, Patsy Davis; son, Robert F. Davis.

Robert retired after 42 years as a Millwright at the Ford Motor Company. He was also a Mason for over 50 years, a member of Lodge 669. He is also a 32nd Degree Mason with the Indianapolis Valley Scottish Rite.

Robert loved his family very much. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130. Visitation will be Monday, July 2, 2018 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the mortuary, with a Masonic Service at 6:00 p.m. Officiating will be Reverend Ron Polly.

Burial will be at New Palestine Cemetery, New Palestine, IN. Online condolences can be made at www.
