Burial, Randolph Memorial Park, Asheboro. Deborah was a native of Mecklenburg County, employed with JL Furnishing and a member of the Patterson Grove Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Ruby Barnes Owens, brother, Carlton Owens.

Survivors: husband, Ronnie Allred, of the home, step-daughter, Emily Allred, of Greensboro, step-son, Andy Allred, of Whiteville, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Branson and Doris Allred, of Ramseur, sister-in-law, Cindy Craven, and husband, Jimmy Carter, of Ramseur, nephews, Dave Craven, of Asheboro, Kent Craven, and wife Lauren, of Ramseur, aunts, Gertrude Wall, Imogene Cartner, Nancy Gallimore, many special friends and her beloved dog Brandy.
