OBITUARY Debra Lynn Valerio September 30, 1957 – January 4, 2019 On January 4, 2019, Debra Lynn “Debi” Valerio (nee Hall) passed away. She was the beloved wife of James J. “Jimmy” Valerio, Sr.; devoted mother of Gary Ahrens and his wife Tara, Crystal Commander, Lisa Christie and her husband Matthew, and Faith Ledford; loving grandmother of Aveza and Gary Ahrens, Jacob and Jasmine Stevenson, and Ezio Christie. Also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd. , Nottingham, MD 21236, on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11am at the funeral home.

Interment services will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Debi’s family has asked that you please wear bright colors to the funeral home in her memory. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Debi’s name to the ALS Association 30 W. Gude Drive, Ste.
