Debra Marlene Rosario was 55 years old when she lost her courageous battle to cancer. She was born in Washington on September 24, 1962 to Don and Donna (Benz) Toppen. She passed away on June 25, 2018.

She lived in Burbank and Spokane, Washington and The Dalles and Pendleton, Oregon. She also spent time in Fargo. North Dakota.

She was married to John Rosario until 2003 when he passed. She was a waitress/bartender for many years at the Saddle, Pony Keg, Led Nickel, Packard and Burbank Tavern in Washington. She was a member of the Eagles for 26 years.

She belonged to the Silver Saddle Pool League. She loved to play Dice, Phase 10, and Darts. She is survived by her loving partner Dave Peek of Pendleton, Or; son Justin Snider of Kennewick, Wa; daughter Kendall Rosario of Pendleton, Or; brothers: Richard (Valerie) Bratcher, Doug Toppen and Dale Toppen of Pasco, Wa.

She was predeceased by her parents and brother David Toppen. A Service will take place Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 1:00 pm at The Eagles Lodge in Pendleton.
