Debra Sue Daggett, of Missoula, Montana, passed away on March 3, 2019. She was born on November 6, 1953 in Redlands, California. She served during the Vietnam War in the Women’s Army Corps and Army Security Agency.

After an honorable discharge, her only child Layla was born. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Cal State San Bernardino while raising her daughter. She volunteered with several non-profit Veterans organizations and gave countless hours helping others.

She truly was a woman warrior. She is survived by her daughter Layla Bastiansen and her beloved grand-dogs Tank, HoneyBear, and Oakley. A celebration of her life will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located at 3201 Bancroft Street, Missoula, Montana 59801.
