SPENCER, Mr. Decellar – Age 96, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at his residence. Family hour 10AM Monday, February 4, 2019 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 424 Kennelworth Ave.

with funeral service commencing at 11AM. Pastor Jevon Catlett, officiating. Interment Flint Memorial Park, G-9506 N. Dort Hwy.

, Mt. Morris, MI. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10AM Monday.
