POE, Delbert, age 68, of Middletown, Ohio passed away Friday, March 15, 2019 at Atrium Medical Center where he had been a patient for eight days. He was born February 19, 1951 in Salyersville, Kentucky, and lived in Ohio since 1952. He was employed by American Packaging Company.

Delbert enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents, John and Lola Henderson Poe; one daughter, Nicole Poe; one brother, Bill Poe; and one sister, Sue Briscoe. He is survived by three daughters, Lesa Burrus, Sandy (Michael) Coffey and Chrissy Poe; six grandchildren, Jennifer, Xavier, Chad, Mackenzie, Liam and Braylee; three great grandchildren; one brother, Roger (Pat) Poe; one sister, Janet (Earl) Wright; grand dog, Dyna; and many extended family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, followed by services at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Bobby Reed officiating. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
