Delia “Martine” Stolarz (nee Moore) age 90 of Las Vegas, NV, formerly of Whiting, Indiana passed away Wednesday. November 7, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Stanley Stolarz who passed away in 1984; loving mother of Debbie (late Robert) Coffee and Reisha (Bob Beck) Mihalso; cherished grandmother of Candy (Ray) Petrey, Kimberly (Jeff) Ray and the late Christy McGee: adoring great grandma of Megan McGee, Sierra and Trinity Petrey and Kayleigh and Emma Ray.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Estille Moore. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Baran Funeral Home, 1235-119th St., Whiting, from 2:00 to 6:00pm. Funeral services and interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL, will be private.

“Martine” Stolarz was born on September 11, 1928 to Brinkley and Alice Moore and had been a longtime resident of the Whiting-Robertsdale Community. She was a very active member of the American Legion, Whiting Post 80 Women’s Auxiliary, serving as its president for almost 20 years.
