Delitha Antoinette Lindsley Viewing and visitation will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019 in the Wilson Funeral Home from 9 A.M to 8 P.M. Funeral services for Delitha Antoinette Lindsley of El Reno will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 4, 2019 in the Bible Baptist Church. Pastor Adam Pearson will officiate. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Delitha passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 in Grace Living Center. She was born on October 4, 1945 in El Reno, OK. Delitha was a longtime El Reno area resident and graduate of El Reno High School in 1964 and she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from the Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

She had worked as a Para -Professional with Special Needs Children, School Cook, and Social Work for OU Medical Center. She married Jerry Lindsley on March 11, 1972 at Trinity Baptist Church in El Reno, OK. She was a Former member of Trinity Baptist Church and recently of Bible Baptist Church.

She loved to Latch Hook and Cross Stitch in her spare time and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her parents: Harvey & Evelyn (Beard) Needham and a brother Harvey Lee Needham. Survivors include: Husband Jerry Lindsley of the home.

Son: David Lindsley & wife Clorinda of El Reno, OK. Daughter: Stephanie Vandever & husband Jeff of El Reno, OK. Brother: Donald Eugene Needham & wife Becky of Poolville, TX.

5 – Grandchildren: Montana & Samuel Lindsley, Kanton & Elijah, & Faith Vandever all of El Reno, OK. Numerous other relatives and many dear friends. Memorials may be made to the El Reno Public Schools Special Education Department.
