Delkwane Dymere Chambers was born, September 13, 1989, to Chanta E. Chambers and Delphonso Wade in Wilmington, Delaware. He departed this life on May 4, 2019 at the age of 29 in Wilmington, Delaware. “Yorky” as he was affectionately called worked as a musician and an artist.

He was a member of Leer Life Entertainment Recording Label. Delkwane leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Chanta E. Chambers and Delphonso Wade; brothers, Irvin J. Chambers, Dirk E. Davenport, and Masson Latrell Chambers, and a host of other family and friends. His funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Congo Funeral Home, 2317 N. Market Street, Wilmington, DE 19802.

There will be a viewing will be held from 9:00-10:45 AM only. His interment will be private.
