Delwin Earl Bailey Delwin Earl Bailey, age 92, is in the care of Medina Funeral Home where a Memorial Service will take place 11am Tuesday, May 15, 2018. Delwin was born August 4, 1925 in West Point, Nebraska and departed this life May 8, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond & Mable Bailey; brother, Dean Bailey; and sisters, Dana Meyer, Laverne Bailey, & Betty Lennoman.

He is survived by his loving wife, Vernelle Bailey; daughter, Dianne Bailey; son, Randy (Siny) Bailey; granddaughter, Brandy (Steven) Bailey-King; brother, Carroll (Karen) Bailey; sister, Shirley Carlson; sister, Karen (Cyril) Rehner; and several nieces and nephews.
