Dempsey Willard Smith 84 of Boaz passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 at Marshall Medical Center South. His Funeral Service will be 11 am Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Boaz Carr Chapel with burial to follow at White Oak Cemetery. Rev.

Lewis Smith and Rev. Chris Bartlett will be officiating. Visitation will be 10 until 11 Tuesday before the service.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends. Mr. Smith is survived by his Son: Greg Smith and a host of Nieces and Nephews. He is preceded in death by his Wife: Laverne Smith.
