MIDDLETON-Denise Ann Schwoerer, age 55, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. She was born on March 30, 1963, in Bronx, N.Y., the daughter of Richard and Carol DiGrandi.

On Nov. 14, 1998, Denise married the love of her life, Mark Schwoerer, in Middleton. She attended Comack Northside High School in Comack, N.Y., then went on to receive her BS at Suffolk County Community College in Selden, N.Y. Denise always enjoyed her life to the fullest and found joy in everything she did. She was a phenomenal baker, loved to travel, and could spend all day solving puzzles. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to share a conversation with her or enjoy one of her homemade cookies.

Denise is survived by her husband, Mark; her parents; siblings, Cathy Roney and Nanette Tringnali; nieces, Shawn Roney, Kaylene Tringnali and Brianna Tringnali; nephew, Kevin Roney; and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her niece, Kristen Tringnali. A Celebration of Life will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave, Middleton, at 12 noon on Monday, Nov.

26, 2018. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gilda’s Club of Madison in Denise’s name.
