Dennis Mounts, 80, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Husband of Lora Mounts, Dennis was born October 23, 1938 to the late Dennis Carl Mounts, Sr. and Wonda Blankinship Moore in Rawl, West Virginia. He was an employee of Ruggles Sign Company where he used his artistic talents to paint signs.

In addition to signs, Dennis enjoyed painting portraits and pictures of various subjects, building model airplanes, and was a talented furniture maker. In addition to his wife of 42 years, Lora Mounts, Dennis is survived by his children, Linda Mounts Boyce, OH, Rhonda (Mike) Evans, OH, Donna Ramone, OH, Karla (Bill) Ratliff, OH, and Jason (Monica) Elmore, Versailles; brothers, Bobby (Janet) Mounts, MD, Don Hershel (Norma) Mounts, IN, and Larry (Bessie) Mounts, WV; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
