Rev. Charles Frank will officiate the funeral ceremony.

On April 26, 2019, Charles was called home. He was granted peace from his pain and was led to the land where “joy is eternal”. Left to cherish beautiful memories will be two sons: Dennis Gadison of Chennyville, LA and Sandreca Hicks of Ville Platte, LA; two daughters: Shamika Vallian and Seialna Marie Serialle both of Opelousas, LA; six sisters: Mary Jack, Windy Gallow, Mellisa Ben and Suella Charles all of Ville Platte, LA and Lucilla Castendo,Sherile Thomas and Jenniva Pitre all of Lake Charles, LA.

He also leaves 5 grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Owens-Thomas Funeral Home of Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
