Obituary for Dennis Major Hart Farmville………………………………Dennis Major Hart, age 63, died Tuesday, December 18, 2018. Funeral service will be held Friday, December 28, at 2:00 P.M. at the Farmville Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hart was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Hart; father, James Benjamin “J.B.” Hart; sister, Brenda Davis; and brothers, Ruddie Hart, and Glenn Hart. He is survived by his daughters, April Sabel of New Kent, VA, and Amanda Edney of Fort Hood, TX; son. Dennis Major Hart Jr. of Culpeper, VA; mother, Gladys Hart of Farmville; sister, Gwanda Matthews of Farmville; brothers, James Hart of Greenville, and Billy Hart of Chester, SC; and grandchildren, Liliah Sabel, Rex Sabel, Kaylin Hart, Landon Hart, Julia Hart, Fayelynn Edney, and Addison Edney.
