Obituary for Dexter Alan Morgan MORGAN Dexter Alan Morgan, born December 17, 1941 in Houston, Texas to Robert Trousdale Morgan and Marjorie Simpson Morgan, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 2, 2018 at the age of 76. He was passionate in his career and after retirement, he enjoyed fishing, but most of all spending time with family. He was preceded in death by three brothers: Dale, Dane and Dwight Morgan.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 33 years, Lillie Morgan; two daughters: Tracy Shoemake (Suzanne Fox) and Stephanie Morgan (Chris Baumbach); son, Eric Morgan (Nikki); two brothers: Dion Morgan (Claudia), and Dennis Morgan (Claudice); 6 grandchildren: Lauren, Tori, Zach, Bailey, Jaxon, and Maddy; 3 great-grandchildren: Bentley, Ryder and Emarie; and sisters in law: Carol, Linda and Diane Morgan. SERVICES A Memorial Service to Celebrate his life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 6, 2018 at Gruene United Methodist Church with Rev. Dan Harrington officiating.
