Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, September 14th at Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel; with graveside services following at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Collinsville. Visitation is 5:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday at Culpepper Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Oree Philyaw and Mary Poole Faulkner; son, Tim Hutchinson; brother, Wayne; sisters, Memory and Judy.
