Diane Jenae Evans December 18, 2018 Diane Jenae Evans, 53, of Cornelius, NC, passed away Tuesday, December 18th, 2018. She was born June 27th, 1965 to Dolores Schumpp Pralle and the late Roger Pralle. In addition to her father, Diane was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Walt and June Schumpp.

Diane is survived by her daughter, Mallory Evans of New York City, NY; two sons, Will Evans of San Francisco, CA, and Jackson Evans of New York City, NY; and her mother, Dolores Schumpp Kimball. Diane was a teacher at Charlotte Latin School where she took joy in the students she taught over the years. She also enjoyed yoga, math, and tutoring.

Above all, she adored her children and loved spending time with them. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at pancan.org.
