OBITUARY Diane Mazoway February 24, 1937 – December 10, 2018 Diane Frances Miller Mazoway, age 81, of White Lake, MI and formerly of Albany, NY, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 in Commerce Township, MI. Diane was born in Albany and lived there most of her life until moving to Michigan 2 years ago. She was a graduate of the Cathedral Academy, and of the College of Saint Rose, and worked hard throughout her life providing a strong family home for her son.

She was employed by the United Way for several years, and was later employed with the State of New York at the Capital District Psychiatric Center, retiring as a Benefits Administrator. Diane loved history, and volunteered as a tour guide at Historic Cherry Hill in Albany. She also loved food, especially Italian food, and she loved it best when sharing meals with family and friends.

Diane lost her beloved husband William J. Mazoway in 1975. She joins him now in eternal life and will be laid to rest beside him. She is survived by her son Jeff (Wendy) Mazoway of Commerce Township, MI; her sister Patricia Canabush of Albany, NY; her grandchildren Zachary and Marisa Mazoway; her sister-in-law Rose Miller of Schenectady, NY; and by many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings Beatrice, Archie Junior, Thomas, and Ronald Miller. Relatives and friends are invited to visit Friday, December 14, 2018 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake.
